DAY (nPHILLIPS) PATRICIA Peacefully passed away on 15th August 2017 at Wordsworth House Care Home, Swanage. A devoted and loving wife to late husband of sixty years Nigel Keith (Keith), Mother to Robert and Jonathan, Mother-in-Law to Clare and Amanda, Grandmother to Lucy, Morgan and Rebecca, and Great Grandmother of six. A very special person who will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral Service to be held at Poole Crematorium on Wednesday 30th August 2017 at 10.30 am.
