3. The fourth annual Light Up the Prom memorial event organised by Bournemouth Hospital Charity and Macmillan Caring Locally takes place on Friday. Event was postponed on October 20 due to Storm Brian.

4. Another event postponed by Storm Brian is the Zombie Escape Run which takes place at Kings Park on Saturday. Hundreds of people will be taking part to raise money for Dorset Mind. This is a 5k obstacle course and runners will be chased by zombies. Also due to be held on October 21 but was postponed due to Storm Brian.

5. The Wimborne Town and Wimborne Royal British Legion Remembrance Day service will take place at 3pm on Sunday.

9. Since reaching the finals of the BBC Young Folk Awards in 2008, Jaywalkers have cemented their place as one of the most exciting young folk bands. Catch them at Lighthouse on Saturday.

10. T.Rextasy will be transporting audiences back to the ‘70s for the Marc Bolan 40th commemorative anniversary tour at Lighthouse, on Friday.
