DORSET animal rescue charity Margaret Green is hoping to find forever homes for three dogs, two cats and a rabbit this week.

Churchill is a five-year-old cat who is described as a "very sweet, talkative lad". He was a stray and would love to find his forever home. He would prefer to be an only pet and could possibly live with children but would need to meet them first.

Twinkle is a 10-year-old feline looking for a rural home where she can go indoors if she wants but also get out and about. She would prefer to be the only cat but could possibly live with a friendly dog.

Snowy is a one-year-old rabbit who is a bit on the nervous side but whose confidence is growing daily. She is looking for a vaccinated, neutered male rabbit to live with in her new forever home.

Xena, an eight-year-old cross breed, is described as a happy girl who enjoys walks, playing and cuddles. She is looking for a home where she won’t be left alone for long periods. She can live with other dogs, possibly cats, and children of any age.

Sara is a lovely one-year-old Collie who is a little bit nervous when she first meets someone. She is happiest running around with her doggy pals and would love to live with other dogs. She could possibly live with a cat and teenage children.

Blitz is described as a "very striking" three-year-old greyhound. She is a laid back girl who enjoys cuddles and a fuss. She would be happy living with a fellow sighthound and slightly older children. She would prefer not to live with cats.
