POOLE Pirates’ trip to Oxford Cheetahs this evening has been postponed, due to a waterlogged track.
Poole were set to head to Sandy Lane for the BSN Series fixture, looking to build on the 61-29 home win against the same opponents on Good Friday.
But after heavy rain in Oxfordshire, it was announced at 1.30pm this afternoon that the meeting will not take place.

A statement from Oxford Speedway read: “All tickets will be transferred to the fixture’s restaging.
“Anyone requiring a refund can email sales@oxfordspeedway.club”
No new date has yet been announced for the meeting.
Poole are next due in action on Wednesday, April 10, when they welcome Plymouth Gladiators to Wimborne Road, also in the BSN Series southern group.
Pirates, looking to win the trophy for the second year in succession, will then face both opponents away from home.
