SCHWETJE-PETERS Dagmar Passed away peacefully on 15th February 2019 at Poole Hospital, aged 70 years. Beloved Wife of Tony and a dearly loved Mum of Sarah and Step-Son Simon. Funeral Service at Poole Crematorium on Wednesday 6th March at 1:30 p.m. No flowers by her request please but donations, if desired, for The Lewis Manning Hospice may be sent to W.
