COOK Paul 22-6-1946 15-2-2021 Paul sadly passed away at Forest Holme Hospice after a short illness with cancer. Devoted husband to his wife Annette of 48 years of marriage, wonderful dad to his two children Sarah and Elliott and father-in-law to Chris and Emma. Precious grandad to his three grandchildren, Emily, Benjamin and James. He was a twin to his sister Judy and a younger brother to his sister Tina and her husband David. Paul wishes for a close family funeral.
