NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of Dorset has made Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
When the Orders come into operation on 18 June 2021 the effect of the Orders will be to revoke and/or introduce restrictions along specified lengths at;

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained in It on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or of any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for that purpose. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of Dorset has made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. When the Order comes into operation on 18 June 2021 the effect of the Order will be to introduce or amend existing restrictions along Northbrook Road, Swanage. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of Dorset has made the abovementioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. When the Order comes into operation on 18 June 2021 the effect of the Order will be to revoke and/or introduce restrictions along specified lengths on Church Road and School Lane, Studland.

Various Roads, Arne -Cattle Grid Removal and Installation
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of Dorset proposes to remove existing cattle grids and install new cattle grids along various roads in Arne under Sections 82 to 90 of the Highways Act 1980 as amended.

The general effect of the Order will be to introduce a 'no waiting at any time' restriction on a section of Corfe Road, Stoborough (opposite the junction with West Lane).
