Purbeck District Council as received the following applications:

6/2017/0155 Removal of conservatory and creation of internal openings to create one dwelling. 4 and 5 Seymer Place, Seymer Road, Swanage, BH19 2AJ 6/2017/0165 Variation of condition 2 of planning

permission 6/2016/0491 (continuation of use of premises as 4 x 1 bed and 1x2 bed flats) to make internal and external changes to create 3x2 beds and 2 x 1 bed flats, including insertion of dormer window to rear and removal of external staircases. The offices are open Monday to Thursday between 8:45am and 4:45pm and 4:15pm on Fridays. We need your comments in writing within 21 days of the date of this notice. We will acknowledge your correspondence and your comments will be published on the Council's website. If the application is marked as a householder application, and planning permission is refused, the applicant can appeal to the Secretary of State to have this decision reviewed. Any comments you make about the application will be copied to the Secretary of State and considered as part of the appeal. There will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
