Purbeck District Council has received the following applications:

6/2017/0294 Sub-division of existing ground floor retail space into 2 retail units and change of use of retail and ancillary storage area (use class A1 retail) to form 2 flats (use class C3 dwelling house) 61 High Street, Swanage, BH19 2LY

The offices are open Monday to Thursday between 8:45am and 4:45pm and 4:15pm on Fridays. We need your comments in writing within 21 days of the date of this notice. We will acknowledge your correspondence and your comments will be published on the Council's website. If the application is marked as a householder application, and planning permission is refused, the applicant can appeal to the Secretary of State to nave this decision reviewed. Any comments you make about the application will be copied to the Secretary of State and considered as part of the appeal. There will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
