You could use lego, organised by size or colour; you can use leaves, sticks and stones for an outdoor design; shells and seaweed for a beach mandala, or the last of the flowers from the garden. Start with one larger object for the centre, then choose a group of objects and build a circle around it. Keep going until you have five-ish circles.
