NICKELODEON megastars Paw Patrol thrilled youngsters at the first of six weekend shows this morning.
The heroic rescue dogs, in the form of impressive puppets, had the little ones screaming and singing within minutes
They were astounded when Cap’n Turbot plunged into a cavern while trying to take a picture of a parrot.
But after a song and a dance all round, they sent for the famous rescue team and all was well.
Firedog Marshall, police pup Chase, Skye, Rocky, Alex, Katie, Rubble and Zuma all made an appearance, ensuring every child got to see their favourite.
Mayor Humdinger’s the only baddie in the show – and he’s not really bad at all.
The hundreds of children packed into the Bournemouth International Centre had a whale of a time but they were so hysterical that a break after 40 minutes came as welcome relief to all the grown-ups in the room.
After 20 minutes at the well-stocked merchandise stand, they were equally relieved to get back in their seats.
This can only be described as a kid’s equivalent of the headline at Glastonbury.
They went crazy when the streamers poured from the ceiling at the end and hopefully by now most of them are enjoying a well-earned nap.
There are shows at 10am, 1.30pm and 4.30pm today and tomorrow.
Go on – treat them – the little darlings will be back at school and nursery next week.
