Friday night fireworks have become a popular feature on the town’s calendar in recent years.

This runs every Friday from August 3-24 at Bournemouth Seafront at 10pm.

Rockley Holiday Park is the new sponsor of this year's firework displays.

Rockley’s Summer Spectacular takes place every Thursday, July 26 -August 30 at Poole Quay.

Organisers promise: "A fantastic night of entertainment for the whole family including street entertainment, live music and family fun. The event starts at 7pm with a stunning fireworks finale at 10pm."

There will be fireworks at Christchurch Quay as part of the town's annual carnival celebrations at 9.30pm on Saturday, August 18.

The town's firework displays are one of the highlights of Swanage Carnival Week which this year runs from Saturday, July 28 to August 4, taking place on the first and last Saturday and Wednesday.

They will be fired from the jetty on the main beach. There are many vantage points to watch the displays including the Recreation Ground, Sandpit Field, the Pier, the Downs or near the Old Stone Quay.
