SCRATCHWORKS, an award-winning physical ensemble that creates playful, accessible theatre, is returning to Dorset through Artsreach with their latest show ‘WOMANS’.

Founded in Exeter in 2013, Scratchworks is an all-female ensemble from Devon.

Using diverse theatrical styles, they create original stories with a unique blend of live music, dynamic movement and farcical comedy.

‘WOMANS’ is set in 44BC Ancient Rome where The Roman Senate declares hero Leta a traitor.

The play follows Leta’s attempts to not be erased from history by rebelling against the Republic.

‘WOMANS’ is the fast-paced sequel to their award-winning show, ‘Great Train Robbery’ which helped the group gain a loyal following across the South West.

Scratchworks will be performing ‘WOMANS’ at Corfe Castle on February 28 at 7:30pm. It is suitable for ages seven and over. For tickets, call 07590 352219 or visit artsreach.co.uk.
