COASTGUARDS from Lulworth and Kimmeridge were called to help a diabetic person in difficulty at Scratchy Bottom.
Teams were called out last night to reports that the person was unable to walk in the area, which is just west of Durdle Door.
After locating the casualty, the person was assessed and given basic first aid treatment.
With no further medical assistance required, the person was transported back to the family's vehicle at Durdle Door and both teams returned back to station.
