BRIAN THOMAS WILLIAM HOUSE, aged 45, of Palmerston Road, Bournemouth, convicted of possession of black-handled kitchen knife at McDonald's restaurant, Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on September 13, last year. Community order made including rehabilitation activity requirement. Ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

MELISSA NASR, aged 34, of Palmerston Road, Bournemouth, admits two counts of assault by beating at Westover Road, Bournemouth, on August 8, this year. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £200 compensation and £85 costs.

AKASH KRISHNA SHRESTHA, aged 24, of Portland Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to provide specimen of breath at Bournemouth police station on May 31, this year. Disqualified from driving for 16 months. Fined £120 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34 and £85 costs.

JOHN HAYWARD, aged 29, of no-fixed abode, found guilty in absence of assault at Herbert Avenue, Poole, on May 13, last year. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates Court on February 26, this year. Also admits commission of further offence during period of a suspended sentence order made at Bournemouth Crown Court on June 4, 2018, for offences of criminal damage, controlling and coercive behaviour, possession of Class B drugs and ABH. Also admits damaging a shop door window at The Salvation Army, Poole Road, Bournemouth, causing £200 damage on March 28, this year. Committed to prison for 20 weeks. Restraining order issued.

DANIEL BRIAN LONG, aged 27, of Turlin Road, Poole, admitted attempted theft of pedal cycle at Dolphin Centre, Poole, on October 22, last year, and theft of washing liquid, worth £28, at Poundland Stores, High Street, Poole, on October 11, this year. Conditional discharge for nine months. Ordered to pay £78 compensation.
