A WOMAN has been found guilty of driving a car without due care and attention at a Bournemouth retail park.
Rachael Ann Mulford was acquitted of a dangerous driving charge but found guilty of the alternate offence following a trial on February 12 at Poole Magistrates’ Court.
Mulford, 30 and of Turlin Road, Poole, was convicted of driving a Volkswagen Passat without due care and attention in Turbury Retail Park, Ringwood Road, Bournemouth, on March 23, 2019.
The bench issued here with a £120 fine and ordered her to pay a £30 surcharge and £85 costs.
She was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months
