TWO men have appeared in court in relation to stealing bedding and curtains from a Castlepoint store on consecutive days.
Colin Oswald Jemmott, 38, and Gerard Joseph William Gibbs, 41, committed the thefts from Next in October last year.
On October 10, they took £100 worth of household items from the store before returning the next day and taking goods valued at £200.
Appearing in the dock at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, February 23, Jemmott, of West Hill Road, Bournemouth, and Gibbs, of Spencer Road, Bournemouth, admitted two counts of theft.
Both men were discharged conditionally for 12 months by district judge Stephen Nicholls and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £85 costs.
