BUS operators are launching their summer timetables this weekend with more frequent services and increased open-top routes across Dorset and Hampshire.

Morebus is bringing its Purbeck Breezer 30 back for the summer season with a new 31 route serving Wareham, Wool, Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum, Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove.

There will be additional evening journeys on the Purbeck Breezer 40 and the Purbeck Breezer 60 will run more frequently during the week with new evening buses to Rockley Park.

The Purbeck Breezer 70 increases to a daily service and has been extended to Bournemouth and East Cliff this summer.

Yellow Buses will operate open-top buses on route 11 from Bournemouth Pier, Boscombe Pier, Southbourne Beach, Hengistbury Head, Tuckton Bridge, Christchurch Bridges, Hoburne Holiday Park and Mudeford.

Route 12 will run every 30 minutes between Alum Chine and Boscombe pier and Buster's Forest Explorer is travelling between Christchurch, Highcliffe, Burley and Ringwood.
