TOP tribute band The Beatles for Sale will soon be performing hits from the 'Fab Four' in Swanage.

The Beatles tribute act is set to take the stage at The Mowlem Theatre later this month.

Based on the south coast, The Beatles for Sale pride themselves on attention to detail – they use vintage equipment and authentic costumes to look and sound as close to the originals as possible.

They have also worked with musicians such as Midge Ure, Mary Hopkin, Tony Visconti, Morrissey, Nancy Sinatra and many more, performing across Europe and even China.

The group's drummer and spokesman Simon Adams said: "The band is really looking forward to visiting the Purbeck and performing in Swanage’s Mowlem theatre having had the concert cancelled on two previous occasions due to the Covid pandemic."

The gig, set for 7.30pm on Friday, July 30, will also be the Mowlem's first music concert since reopening after lockdown.

Tickets are available from the theatre’s box office (10.30am - 1.30pm) or online via its website.
