On the same day he stole a mobile phone, bank card and bus pass from another man in the same location.

The following day Jones was caught with bolt croppers in Westover Road.

His final offence saw him steal a pedal cycle belonging to a man in Westover Road on June 22.

District Judge Stephen Nicholls committed the defendant to prison for eight months.
