A BOURNEMOUTH man has fined by the courts after he was caught speeding in a car earlier this year.
Toby Alexander Archer Wills-Hart, 21 and of Western Avenue, Bournemouth, pleaded guilty to driving a Peugeot 207 Sport on the A4120 Capel Seion in Aberystwyth on April 18 in excess of a 30mph speed limit.
Court papers stated that the defendant’s vehicle was recorded by means of a laser travelling at 41mph.
The case was dealt with at Llanelli Magistrates' Court on October 14 under the single justice procedure process with Wills-Hart not present in court.
He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a £34 surcharge and £90 costs. His driving record was endorsed with four points.
