DORSET-based animal rescue centre Margaret Green is hoping to find forever homes for animals in its care.

Wilson:

Wilson is a very exuberant, large Labrador Retriever who is nearly three-years-old. He enjoys running around, playing games and he loves cuddles.

Bournemouth Echo: WilsonWilson

He has lots of energy, so he would enjoy an active home where he could go on lots of fun walks. He does need some continued training when walking on the lead. He could live with a female dog and older children.

  • Toby:

Toby is an energetic, two-year-old Collie who is looking for an experienced, adult-only home. He has huge potential with the right owner, as they will need to keep his mind busy and it would be fun for him to take part in something like agility.

He has started his training but will need to have this continued out and about, to help him adjust to day-to-day life.

  • Enzo:

Handsome boy Enzo is a one-year-old Lurcher. He is a large, cheeky and playful boy who adores game time and human interaction.

He is looking for a home where someone will be around for most of the day. He has lots of energy so he would love to be able to go on adventures and long walks. He would also be happy living with older children.

  • Poppy:

Poppy is 10 years-old and she’s an outgoing lady who is looking for her forever home.

She would like to be the only pet in an adult-only home.

  • Amber:

Amber is a 23-year old, 13.2hh registered Haflinger pony. She’s a lovely girl who gets on well with her field companions and is good to stable.

She will require a confident, experienced home and although she can be ridden lightly, she would prefer a gentle hack over schooling.

She gets itchy in the summer so benefits from regular Killitch and potentially a fly rug.

  • Pudding and Pie:

Pudding is six-years-old and she is looking for a forever home with her male best friend, Pie.

They are very active and friendly pigs, who are searching for a new home as their previous owner had to move to somewhere that had no space for them.

To register an interest in rehoming Poppy, Amber or Pudding and Pie, please contact the team at Church Knowle: churchknowle@mgar.org.uk.
