A MAN has denied accusations of false imprisonment, threats to kill and wounding with intent.
David Paul Warnock, 61 and of Crescent Road, Bournemouth, appeared before Salisbury Crown Court on Monday, December 6, in relation to an alleged incident at the King's Arms pub premises in Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth, on Thursday, October 21.
Warnock pleaded not guilty to wounding with intent, two counts of making a threat to kill and two counts of false imprisonment.
A trial date has been set for Monday, February 21, 2022. Warnock was remanded on conditional bail.
As reported, police were called to a report of a disturbance at the pub building at around 3.10am on October 21. A man aged in his 30s was taken to hospital for treatment.
