A MAN has denied unlawfully killing a woman in a Bournemouth car crash.
Shaun Hall, 39, is accused of the manslaughter of Clare Gafan in Suffolk Road.
Appearing at Winchester Crown Court on December 1, Hall, of Worcester Crescent, Derby, pleaded not guilty to the single charge.
He was remanded in custody with a pre-trial review hearing set for March 25, 2022, with a trial date set on April 25, 2022.
As reported, Dorset Police were called at around 1.35pm on Saturday, October 23, from the ambulance service of a crash involving a car and a pedestrian in Suffolk Road.
The pedestrian, named by detectives as 40-year-old Ms Gafan from Bournemouth, sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment. She died on Tuesday, October 26.
