AN application has been lodged to turn a former Thai takeaway into a ‘beauty salon’.
Applicant Mrs McGrath is requesting permission to provide beauty treatments in the ground floor unit of 747 Christchurch Road in Boscombe.
She has plans for two beauty treatment rooms, and a retail area selling beauty products and clothing.
The site is currently unoccupied but was formerly home to Pan Tip - a Thai restaurant and takeaway service which closed at the beginning of 2023.
Mrs McGrath is requesting a Lawful Development Certificate to allow for the change of use.
A decision is yet to be made on the application.
