A PAIR of curious ducks were spotted roaming the corridors of Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
The feathered neighbours decided to spread their wings and adventure over to Royal Bournemouth Hospital on February 16.
The ducks took a tour and met the thoracic team before being escorted back to their resident lake on the site.
A spokesperson from University Hospitals Dorset said: “We are very lucky at Royal Bournemouth Hospital to have a gorgeous lake that is a great solace for patients, visitors and staff.
“Part of its attraction is our resident wildlife, including many beautiful and inquisitive ducks.
“Sometimes they can be a little too inquisitive as today, but fortunately one of our incredible porters - who are always on hand for any event - was able to escort them from the premises and return them safely to the lake.”
