THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

STEVEN PAYNE, 34 and of Chaldon Road in Poole, admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class B after being found with cannabis in Poole on February 18. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months. He was also ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £26.

CRISTIAN RISTACHE, 45 and of Grosvenor Gardens in Bournemouth, admitted drink driving in Bournemouth on February 18. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months. He was also fined £120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48.

ILONA LINKEVICIENE, 45 and of Peverell Road in Poole, admitted drink driving in Poole on September 3, 2023. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months. She was also fined £120, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48.

ANTHONY HEAD, 51 and of Suffolk Road in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing wine from the Co-op in Queens Road, Bournemouth, on December 27, 2023. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 18 months. He was also ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution and a victim surcharge of £26.

DENISE DE OLIVEIRA, 46 and of Manor Road in Bournemouth, admitted drink driving in Bournemouth on November 20, 2023. She was disqualified from driving for 16 months. She was also fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £72 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ROBBIE LYONS, 45 and of West Hill Road in Bournemouth, admitted two charges of vehicle interference, after interfering with two motor vehicles in Upper Terrace Road, Bournemouth, on March 26, and another vehicle in Central Car Park in Upper Hinton Road, Bournemouth on March 23, with an intention to commit theft. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months. He was also ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

LIAM RYAN, 18 and of Upton Heath Estate in Poole, admitted possession of a knife blade after being found with a folding pocket knife which had a blade exceeding 7.62 centimetres in Bournemouth on April 23, 2023. He was handed a four month prison sentence suspended for 18 months. He was also fined £50, ordered to pay costs of £50 to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a victim surcharge of £154.

LIAM TOSDIVINE, 35 and of Earlswood Park in New Milton, admitted failing to provide a breath test for police in Bournemouth on April 28, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £333, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £133.

ANTHONY LAMONT, 43 and of Cooke Gardens in Poole, admitted theft after stealing alcohol and water to the value of £80.30 from Brasserie Blanc at the Marriott Hotel in Bournemouth. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 18 months and ordered to pay compensation of £80.30.

HEATHER WEDGE, 63 and of Lower Farnham Road in Aldershot, was found guilty of failing to give information to Dorset Police on February 5, 2023, which related to the identification of the driver of a vehicle which was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. She got six points on her licence. She was also fined £660, ordered to pay costs of £620 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £264.
