THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

NICOLE WHITE, 21 and of Kitchener Crescent in Poole, admitted assaulting a person occasioning them actual bodily harm after assaulting a man at the bus station in Kingland Road, Poole, on September 12, 2023. She also admitted causing criminal damage after damaging her victim’s glasses which were valued at £218. She was handed a community order lasting until March 26, 2025. She was also ordered to pay compensation of £418, a victim surcharge of £114, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

MELISSA ROBERTS, 31 and of Passfield Avenue in Eastleigh, admitted to a number of driving offences which took place in Weymouth on July 15, 2023. She drove without insurance and a licence, drove without due care and attention, failed to stop after a crash, and failed to report that crash to police. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months and handed a community order lasting until March 26, 2025, with a requirement to complete 150 hours of unpaid work. She was also ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £114.

STEVEN ALBANS, 46 and of Gussage Road in Poole, admitted possession of a class A drug after being found with diamorphine at Poole Police Station on November 19, 2023. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

FRAZER STURNEY, 33 and of Bournemouth, admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class B after being found with cannabis in Poole on February 18. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £40 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

RICHARD JOHN HALL, 36 and of Parkstone Road in Poole, admitting using his phone while driving and having too low tread on one of his tyres, in Poole on August 31, 2022. He got six points on his licence. He was also fined £138, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a victim surcharge of £55.

LIAM RYAN, 18 and of Upton Heath Estate in Poole, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a youth rehabilitation order made by Poole Youth Court on April 25, 2023. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £50. 

ANTHONY LAMONT, 43 and of Cooke Gardens in Poole, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

LEE RICHARD PENDER, 32 and of Talbot Road in Winton, admitted committing a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by Dorset Magistrates Court on November 18, 2022. He was fined £100.
