A NATIONAL care provider has expanded its provision by opening a new office in Christchurch.

Promedica24’s office will give ‘much-needed’ flexible care options to people living in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.

This comes as the business celebrates a decade of operating in the UK.

Gillian Louggar, registered manager of the new office, said: “We are delighted to be able to reach more people and respond to increasingly varied care needs.

"We are confident that our bespoke hourly care packages are a valuable and much needed option for families looking to help their loved ones in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole.

“As a CQC-registered care specialist, Promedica24 is providing a viable alternative to residential care for those looking to preserve their independence and remain in the comfort of their own homes.

"Home care can be the perfect option for those who want to stay close to their community, keep their pets, and continue their daily routines, and we’re looking forward to this new chapter in Bournemouth.”

Lorraine Marshall, care manager at Promedica24, said: “I love working in my local community, and I am looking forward to forging new relationships with the people who will be supported by Promedica24’s new hourly care service.

“I am really proud of the work of all of our carers, and I am looking forward to welcoming new people to Promedica24’s services.”
