A FAMILY run jewellers based in Bournemouth is set to fill an empty retail unit in the town centre.

KH Jewels has teased its opening with a sign splashed across the window on Albert Road.

The business currently operates from Wimborne Road in Winton and sells a range of new and pre-loved jewellery.

The store also offers resizing, repair and engraving services on-site.

KH Jewels’ new location will sit alongside Parade Vintage, Vicolo and Creams Café.

It comes after recent news of Krispy Kreme moving to the town and plans for a third Greggs store.

The American doughnut chain will be opening its first Dorset branch on Old Christchurch Road on May 23, in the old Café La Strada.

National high street bakery, Greggs could be joining the same road after an application to put its branding on the former Topshop and Topman unit.

However, a spokesperson for Greggs could not confirm or deny the possible new location.
