THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

RICHARD MARK RILEY, 39 and of no fixed address, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was jailed for seven days.

KYRIL KLIMOVITCH, 40 and of Bournemouth, admitted assault by beating after assaulting a woman in the Saxon Square Car Park in Christchurch on January 27. He was jailed for eight weeks.

RYAN ANDREW JAMES PIDGLEY, 19 and of Waterloo Estate in Poole, admitted commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by Dorset Magistrates Court on August 25, 2023. The suspended sentence was varied to become a 26 week sentence suspended for 12 months, with an exclusion requirement made banning him from entering any licensed premises, nightclub or public house in England and Wales for 14 weeks.

SARAH JAY-HOPE, 51 and of Gwynne Road in Poole, admitted driving whilst disqualified in Poole on December 19, 2023, and criminal damage to property after damaging a door wreath to the value of £20 in Poole on November 27, 2023. She was conditionally discharged for a period of six months, and got six points on her licence. She was also fined £161, ordered to pay compensation of £20, a victim surcharge of £64 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

RYAN PIDGLEY, 19 and of Plumer Road in Poole, admitted criminal damage to property after damaging a sliding door window to the value of £1000 at McDonald’s in Bournemouth on March 8. He was ordered to pay compensation of £500 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ANGELO JORASCU, 30 and of Bournemouth Road in Poole, admitted drink driving in Commercial Road, Poole, on March 11. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months. He was also fined £230, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £92 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

MIHAI ANDREI, 30 and of Ashley Road in Poole, admitted driving without insurance and a licence in Longmeadow Lane in Poole on December 11, 2023. He also admitted obstructing/resisting a police constable in their execution of duty in Longmeadow Lane in Poole on December 11, 2023. He got eight points on his licence. He was also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

CHRISTOPHER JENNER, 39 and of Bournemouth, admitted three counts of common assault of an emergency worker after assaulting three police officers in Madeira Road in Bournemouth on April 26. He was jailed for 26 weeks.

ANDREW PHILLIPS, 60 and of Winding Way in Salisbury, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order after being in the company of someone which was prohibited by the order at Bournemouth Airport on April 28. He was jailed for seven days.

ADAM BUSBY, 28 and of Poole, admitted sending a text message to a woman on August 1, 2023, which conveyed a threatening message. He was handed a community order lasting until October 28, 2025. He was also fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
