The Girl Before is the latest drama to be airing on the BBC this year, which is based on the 2018 book by JP Delaney.
This four-part programme follows a woman called Jane who is given the chance to move into a beautiful, ultra-minimalist house designed by an enigmatic architect.
There's just one catch - occupants have to abide by his list of exacting rules, and very soon she feels the house changing her in unexpected ways.
Gugu Mbatha-Raw leads the cast as Jane, whilst David Oyelowo plays the architect Edward.
Delaney helped to write the series along with Marissa Lestrade, which will also be shown on HBO Max in the United States.

How to watch The Girl Before
The Girl Before will begin airing at 9pm on BBC One on Sunday December 19.
Each episode is an hour long, with a new episode airing in the following three days, meaning it will finish on Wednesday December 22.
Episodes will be available on the BBC iPlayer shortly after airing.
