BBC One seems set to make some changes to its evening schedule amid fears about the Queen's health.

It has been reported by TV Zone that some programmes will be dropped from the schedule.

This follows a BBC News Special that had been broadcast on BBC One for all of the afternoon, following a statement from Buckingham Palace that the Queen was under medical supervision at Balmoral in Scotland.

Celebrity MasterChef is set to be removed from the schedule alongside The One Show.

In a tweet TV Zone said: "BREAKING: Celebrity #Masterchef dropped from tonight's BBC One schedule and replaced by - as it stands - an edition of The Repair Shop.

"#TheOneShow dropped in favour of Regional News at 7pm. #EastEnders still in for 7:30pm. #Ambulance at 9pm still TBC."

Latest on the Queen

Members of the Royal Family have made their way to Balmoral to be by the Queen's side, including Prince Charles and Prince Harry.

Messages expressing deep concern flooded in from around the world, with the Archbishop of Canterbury saying. the “prayers of the nation” are with the Queen.

Newly appointed Prime Minister Liz Truss said “the whole country will be deeply concerned by the news from Buckingham Palace this lunchtime” adding: “My thoughts – and the thoughts of people across our United Kingdom – are with Her Majesty The Queen and her family at this time.”

Former prime minister David Cameron said his “heartfelt thoughts” are with the Queen and the royal family at “this worrying time”.
