Tom O’Connor and Jamie Bradley-Green struck for Saints as they sunk Michael Cuffie’s men and set up a last-four tie with Basingstoke.
Meanwhile, goals from Ollie Balmer (2) and Dan Cann proved not enough as Hamworthy United fell to a 5-3 Wessex Premier home defeat to Hamble.
Defeat left Callum Brooks’s side fifth in the table.
Elsewhere, Steve Flynn notched a hat-trick as Lymington hammered AFC Portchester 5-0 at The Sports Ground. Mickey Finch and Mike Gosney were also on target.
In Wessex One, Verwood were thumped 5-0 at home to Hythe & Dibden.
