LIVERPOOL and Chelsea are "monitoring the situation" of Cherries midfielder Lewis Cook, according to a report in the Daily Mail.
Cook, 22, recently returned from a serious knee injury, starting in the 3-1 win over Everton at Vitality Stadium in September after nine months on the sidelines.
And the one-time England international has now been linked with a switch away with two of the country's leading clubs reportedly interested.
According to the Mail, both Liverpool and Chelsea "have identified Cook as a target, should be prove his form and fitness this season".
The report also claims Cook's "high energy style" is thought to be attracting attention.
Cook, who joined Cherries from Leeds in 2016, signed a new deal last year which runs until 2022.
