CHRIS Harris will lead the charge for Leicester Lions in Wednesday’s long-awaited Jubilee League final, with full line-ups now confirmed for both teams.

Carried over from last year, Poole Pirates will finally face Leicester for the trophy at Wimborne Road (7.30pm).

Leicester, now a Premiership club, have built a one-off team to the Championship points limit for the contest.

Team boss Stewart Dickson has called on track specialist Harris to spearhead the challenge, two weeks on from his starring role for Glasgow Tigers at Poole in the league grand final.

Former Pirates Drew Kemp and Danyon Hume will also feature for the visitors.

Meanwhile, Poole are largely using their 2023 septet, but do have two men missing. They will operate rider replacement for the injured Anders Rowe, while Joe Thompson is unavailable due to a clash of dates with the British Under-19 Championship.

Lee Complin, who beat Poole with Glasgow, has been drafted in to guest at reserve for Neil Middleditch’s side.

Steve Worrall will skipper the team on his final outing before leaving the club.

Pirates: Richard Lawson, rider replacement, Ben Cook, Zach Cook, Steve Worrall (c), Kyle Newman, Lee Complin (guest).

Leicester: Chris Harris (c), Drew Kemp, Danyon Hume, Jake Allen, Leon Flint, Arran Butcher, Jason Edwards.
